How to book your apartment

We make it very simple for you. Once you have chosen the accommodation you would like, it is wise to reserve it as soon as possible as availability is on a “first come first served” basis. The initial enquiry can be made by telephone, fax or e-mail. Castle Fox will then contact you to let you know if your choice of apartment is still available for the dates you require, or offer suitable alternatives.

After you receive notice of availability, please print out, complete and sign both the booking form / invoice and credit card authorisation then for your own security fax them both to:

A minimum holding deposit of £200.00 is required to secure your reservation, and full payment is due six weeks prior to arrival.

Payment (in Pounds Sterling only) may be made by any of the following methods:

1) Bank transfer

2) Bankers draft – by post

3) American Express, Visa or Mastercard

A 3½% transaction fee will be added to the total if paying by credit card.

Please ensure you complete your travel details on the relevant form. If you wish Castle Fox to arrange a minicab to meet you at the airport, the driver will have the keys to your apartment. However, if you do not require this service, alternative arrangements will be made for you to gain access to your apartment on arrival.

Once we receive payment we will then send you a confirmation of booking with the full address and telephone number for the apartment together with access details for your date of arrival.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Keys: The managing agents of the apartments are unable to confirm key arrangements, flat or telephone numbers until they have the following information:

Cancellation: The policy for cancellation of any apartment booked via Castle Fox is the deposit will be lost if the booking is cancelled more than four weeks prior to arrival. If less than four weeks, then the full amount is due to the owner, and will only be refunded, less an administration fee, if a re-sale is possible.

Check-in/out: For all bookings, check-in is no earlier than 14.00hrs on arrival day, and check-out no later than 10.00hrs unless otherwise agreed in advance in writing by Castle Fox. If your flight arrives very early in the morning, and you wish to have access outside these hours, it is advisable to book the apartment from the night before to guarantee immediate access to the apartment on arrival. Extra nights will be charged pro rata.

Cleaning: Although general cleaning is included in the price, if an apartment is left in a more than usually dirty and messy condition a local charge for extra cleaning will be levied.

Damages: Any loss, damage or staining in the apartments must be paid for, - whether accidental or deliberate - and therefore due care and attention is advised particularly if there are children in the party.

Fees: Prices quoted are inclusive unless stated otherwise and include any fees due to Castle Fox with regard to any letting.

Insurance: Clients are strongly advised to ensure they have suitable travel insurance arranged at time of booking – this is particularly important in the event of any cancellation.

Occupancy: Maximum occupancy of the apartment cannot be exceeded under any circumstances (Health and Safety regulations).

Telephone: Charges vary from property to property, but will generally be 0.20p per unit (including local calls).

Transfers: Reliable taxi / minibus collection at the airport can be arranged if required providing sufficient notice is given; you pay the driver yourself upon arrival at the apartment. Please let us know as early as possible if you would like us to arrange transport for your group.

When you receive confirmation of your booking, please check the information shown and if you do not agree with the number of people shown in your party then it is important you advise us immediately. Additional guests cannot be accommodated unless they occupy and pay the current rate for a separate apartment – if one is available. Failure to inform us of additional guests in your party could render the reservation as cancelled and no refund will be given unless we are able to re-let.
