Company Background : IT VALLEY (BD) LTD. was established in August 1999 with a view to do business in the IT field. The company was formed by 03 (Three) entrepreneurs; each specialized in a particular side of the IT industry. As a result, although a relatively new company, its work capacity is very strong. One of the directors of this company has four years of work experience in Malaysia in the software development field.
Initially the company started as a hardware sales, CAD and software development firm. Later it has expanded its field to Data Entry, Manipulation, Web/Graphics Design and CD-ROM archiving. In January 2000, the company restructured its facilities in order to accommodate the growing complexities of its customers needs. It employed 3 new programmers, all having substantial skill and experience in software development. The company plans to enter the global market for software development and data entry within the first quarter of 2000.

Management : The activity of the company is guided by members, each of them highly experienced in different fields. Following is a brief description of the top management:
Mr. Mazidur Rahman is rendering the position of Chairman of the company. He has proven expertise in management and marketing.
Mr. Kazi Shahid serves as the Managing Director of IT VALLEY (BD) LTD. Being a Masters in Computer Science and having more than 10 years experience in solution development, home and abroad, he is capable of supervising software development projects of any scale.
Mr. Muhammad Zakiruddin Chowdhury, a director of the company is specialized in Computer Hardware and networking. In addition, he also has experience in managing data entry projects.
