About Payment of the Expedition Package fee: 
 You  need to pay it to your host institution on your first day of the expedition. --- 
Credit Card (visa, mastercard), Travel cheque, Cash (USD, GBP, EURO) are acceptable.

If you wish to pay  it by:

Then your payment needs to be made at least 2 weeks before your expedition start date. Please select the method,above, we'll contact you to provide the facilities.

 

       

Confirmation: After we received your application / Reservation form, a confirm letter will be sent to you by E mail shortly. An original  invitation letter from the Host Institution  then will be sent to you by post. 
And we'll keep contact with you to make sure the proper arrangements for your expedition.

Mutual trust policy: As this is a free service for scientist community. We promote the mutual trust between guest scientists and host institutions. We will do our best to ensure the very success of your expedition.
